Agreement between Client and Lae Software, LLC.
Software and related services are defined in the specific Project Proposal or Statement of Work. Modifications require written approval or a Change Order.
Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension or delays in delivery.
Client retains ownership of all specific software deliverables and assets identified in the applicable agreement. Lae Software, LLC retains rights to proprietary tools, frameworks, and generalized code used to deliver services.
Lae Software, LLC is not liable for damages resulting from third‑party changes, infrastructure failures, or misuse of the software beyond agreed‑upon specifications.
